Barby. Pascale Devys is the "conductor" of the town hall
She is the one who implements the projects presented by the mayor and elected officials of Barby. After having been, notably, responsible for recruitment at the City of Chambéry and then director of the education and childhood service at the same institution, she became, last March, the general director of services for the municipality of Barby.
